Swiipy — Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Swiipy ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. Swiipy is operated by AdFree Tools ("we", "us", "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Swiipy. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We reserve the right to terminate any account that we discover belongs to a minor.

3. Account Registration

To use Swiipy, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users
  • Upload content that is sexually explicit, violent, hateful, or discriminatory
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the App to solicit money or promote commercial activities
  • Create multiple accounts or use automated systems to access the App
  • Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App
  • Share your account credentials with anyone

5. Content

You retain ownership of the content you post on Swiipy (photos, bio, messages). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing the service.

All uploaded photos are automatically screened using AI-powered moderation to detect inappropriate content. Content that violates our guidelines will be automatically rejected.

6. Matching and Interactions

Swiipy facilitates introductions between users. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the App, including but not limited to finding a match, date, or relationship. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off the App.

7. Safety

While we implement measures to promote safety (photo moderation, blocking, reporting), we cannot guarantee the identity or behavior of users. You are responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users. We strongly recommend:

  • Meeting in public places for first dates
  • Telling a friend where you are going
  • Never sharing financial information with matches
  • Reporting suspicious behavior immediately

8. Blocking and Reporting

You can block any user at any time. Blocked users cannot contact you or see your profile. You can report users for inappropriate behavior directly from conversations. Reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken, including account suspension or termination.

9. Subscription and Payments

Swiipy is offered as a free service with optional premium features. Premium features unlock additional functionality (such as unlimited likes, seeing who liked you, Incognito Mode, and Rewind) and are clearly indicated in the app before purchase, with prices shown in your local currency.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) billing systems. We do not store your card details. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel any time through your device's subscription settings (Settings → Subscriptions on iOS, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep premium access until the end of the current period.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We honour any refund granted by Apple or Google by terminating the corresponding premium entitlement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by visiting our account deletion page.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not conduct background checks on users.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages resulting from interactions with other users.

13. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel, except where the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence provides otherwise.
