Swiipy — Child Safety Standards

Our Commitment

Swiipy is committed to the safety and protection of all users, especially minors. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. Any content or behavior that exploits or endangers children will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.

Age Requirement

Swiipy is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Age verification is required during registration through date of birth input. Our system automatically rejects any registration attempt from users under 18 years of age.

Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Content Moderation

• All uploaded photos are automatically scanned using Google Cloud Vision AI to detect and block inappropriate content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Photos containing explicit adult content or violent content are automatically rejected and not stored on our servers.
• Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app.
• Reported content is reviewed and actioned promptly by our moderation team.

Reporting Mechanisms

Swiipy provides multiple ways to report safety concerns without leaving the app:

• In-app reporting: Users can report any user or content via the Report button available in conversations and profiles. Reporting automatically blocks the reported user.
• In-app bug report:Users can submit safety concerns through the "Report a bug" feature in the app menu.
• Email: Safety concerns can be reported directly to contact@swiipy.com

Cooperation with Authorities

Swiipy will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to child safety. Any detected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.

User Safety Features

• Blocking: Users can block any other user at any time. Blocked users cannot send messages, appear in the feed, or interact in any way.
• Reporting: All reports are reviewed and appropriate action is taken, including account suspension or termination.
• Photo moderation: AI-powered automatic screening of all uploaded images.
• Notifications: Users can control their notification preferences including sounds and vibration.
